Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • You will continue to have access to the platform until the subscription period expires


 Refund Eligibility

Because Apex Garage Systems provides digital software services and instant platform access, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has started.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Platform access issues caused by system malfunction

  • Unauthorized transactions

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.


 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation

  • Failure to use the service

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Missed cancellation deadlines

  • Promotional or early-access pricing plans


 Account Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan:

  • The downgrade will take effect at the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time


Service Interruptions

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, temporary downtime for maintenance or updates may occur. Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds unless the disruption is prolonged and significantly affects service availability.
